Social Services and Case Management
We help connect our adult community to the partners and resources necessary to sustain their foundational needs. Each day, we meet with scheduled and walk-in clients to help provide direction and direct access to partners that can address specific concerns and help chart a path to personal short-term and long-term success.
Launching in 2020, our office will lead a workforce development program that assists the community in obtaining gainful employment, cementing careers and planning for long-term financial sustainability.
Our office will also incorporate total person services into the workforce development program, providing the community with opportunities and resources that grow and build all aspects of an individual’s and family’s livelihood, charting paths for generational sustainability.
